Today in a world of war, political suspense and social conflicts, people tend to forget about Mahatma Gandhiji’s vision of a non- violent, peaceful India. Regarding this situation, India Peace Centre addresses peace- related topics in form of a peace vigil. The program will take place on the 30th of January at 5 pm at India Peace Centre, as it is Gandhiji’s 72nd death anniversary.
India Peace Centre is going to observe peace in the past, as well as peace issues today. Most importantly, there will be room for discussions of current peace issues and how to respond to them.
The dress code will be black, as we would like to convey a picture of unity. You are cordially invited to participate.
