India Peace Centre is celebrating its 31 years of interreligious dialogues, peacebuilding, and peace education on ecology, nuclear issues, rights and dignity on the 7th of December 2019. It is yet another milestone and worth celebrating with you as you have been part of this undaunted journey. It is also a time to look back and reflect on the vision and idea of Dr. Mathai Zachariah, the Founder of India Peace Centre on this occasion.
Hence, in celebration of that India Peace Centre is organizing the 7th Mathai Zachariah Annual Memorial Lecture on 7th of December at 5.00 PM in order to honour the founder, his ideas and his intentions and thereby celebrating life and work of India Peace Centre.
Dr. Anand Kumar, a retired professor of Sociology from JNU, New Delhi, Dr. Supantha Bhattacharya, an educationist and Ms. Apneet Bedi will speak on the topic “Cultivating Culture of Peace in Diversity”, the main idea of the India Peace Centre.
